Harford County Public Schools is proud to announce Sara Sappington of Bel Air Elementary School as the 2024–25 Fourth Quarter Most Valuable Parent (MVP) Award recipient.
The MVP Award recognizes one outstanding parent or guardian each quarter who exemplifies the National PTA Standards for family-school partnerships. Ms. Sappington was nominated by her school’s PACE Liaison and selected by the HCPS External Customer Service Task Force for her exceptional dedication and support of the Bel Air Elementary School community.
Superintendent Dr. Sean Bulson, along with school leadership, presented Ms. Sappington with a personalized plaque and certificate during a special recognition ceremony held at Bel Air Elementary School on Monday, June 16, 2025.
